Planado is a general field-service app for teams that go out to on-site jobs. According to Planado's website (September 2026), it bundles job checklists and forms, photo reports, GPS tracking, map scheduling and an offline mode, with customer SMS from the Standard plan and API, webhooks and CRM integration on Pro. It is billed per user per month, counting users who enter data.
What Planado really costs in 2026
Prices as published on Planado's pricing page in September 2026, converted to cash per user per year:
- Basic: about $6 per user per month billed annually — $72 per user paid up front — or roughly $7 month to month ($84 a year). Checklists, photos, GPS, map scheduling and offline mode. No customer SMS.
- Standard: about $9 per user per month billed annually — $108 per user up front — or roughly $10.50 month to month ($126 a year). Adds SMS notifications to customers.
- Pro: about $15 per user per month billed annually — $180 per user up front — or roughly $17.50 month to month ($210 a year). Adds CRM integration, API and webhooks, and document signing.
- Enterprise: custom price on request.
Annual billing saves up to 15%, and there is a 14-day free trial but no free plan. Per head the numbers are low, but in a cleaning business nearly everyone enters data — drivers mark pickups, washers move items to ready, the front desk takes calls — so nearly everyone is billed. Whether the SMS messages themselves carry an extra charge was not verified.
Worked example: an owner with four field staff who wants customer SMS. Five users on Standard cost about $540 a year paid up front or about $630 month to month; on Pro, about $900 or $1,050. Each helper you add for the busy season is another seat, and WhatsApp is not verified on any plan.

What Planado users complain about
In our sample of 14 recent Google Play reviews, only one was negative. That reviewer was unhappy that location data did not carry through into job reports when they needed it to settle a dispute:
